Pulse Band is a dynamic performing arts training platform for talented youth, teens, and adults. The program is directed by Jovita Bernard managing director of The Academy Of Performing & Creative Arts (APCAMusic.org) Through music and performance, the program cultivates artistic excellence, build confidence, and teach essential life skills—empowering performers to grow personally while making a meaningful impact in their communities. Pulse Band Live Events are produced by Rome Learning Center, Inc (RLC) their not for profit fiscal partner.
