Stage Stubs does not offer refunds for any tickets sold through our platform. As per our Terms & Conditions in some circumstances you are entitled to a refund, these scenarios are also outlined below. In such cases the refunds will not be issued through Stage Stubs and will be handled by your event organiser by a method chosen by them. In all circumstances your 'booking fee' will always be non-refundable.
If your event is cancelled you should reach out to the event organiser to organise a refund for your ticket at the ticket face value.
If your event is rescheduled you will be contacted by us or by the event organiser with the new date and time. If you can't make it your should contact the event organiser to arrange a refund.
Due to the nature of the products we sell unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges.
In most cases an event organiser would be happy for you to sell/pass on your tickets to friends or family. If you are unsure if they would be happy with this it would be best to contact them first.
