Delivery

Your tickets are delivered instantly when you book. You don't need an account: we email them to the address you give at checkout, and you can download them straight away from the confirmation page.

Please use an email address you can get to, as that's where your tickets and any updates about the event are sent.

Tickets come as a PDF, and you can also add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Each ticket has its own code, so showing it on your phone is usually all you need. Whether a printed copy is needed is up to the organiser: if you're not sure, please ask them.

Lost your tickets? Look for the email from Stage Stubs, or go to the sign-in page, choose Email me a sign-in link and enter the email address you booked with. You can then download your tickets again.

We don't post paper tickets.
