Join us for Pinocchio: The Disco Funk Musical, presented by the students of Valmy Academy’s Thursday Homeschool Musical Theatre Production Program!
Follow Pinocchio on a colourful adventure filled with music, mischief, friendship and plenty of disco funk as he discovers what it really means to be brave, honest and true to yourself.
This term, our wonderful homeschool cast has been working together to create an entire musical production from the ground up, learning their characters, songs, choreography and bringing this fun musical to life.
We’re especially excited to be performing a work written right here in Brisbane by local children’s theatre writers Will & Katie Toft from BeXD. We love being able to celebrate and support local artists and creatives while introducing our students to original Australian theatre.
