Come and join us! Train to be a member of a dance troupe! Learn movements and technique using natural body movement to develop balance and confidence. Improve flexibility. Enjoy fun, friendship and creativity in a welcoming, inclusive class, while learning choreography for performance.
The training will be taught in 4 Week Sessions - the first starts March 11th
No prior dance experience necessary. Open to 18+
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a hip scarf or hip shawl if you have one!
Even if you choose not to be in the troup, you will benefit from the drills in movement combinations, precise technique and individual creative expression!
Minimum 5 students for class to run.
