🚌 Coach Travel – Important Information for Families (21 June)
Please read the following information carefully when booking coach seats:
• Departure times and pick-up points:
– 08:30 – Sudbury Lorry Park (beside Waitrose), Sudbury
– 09:15 – Layby on Beetons Way (outside County Upper School), Bury St Edmunds, IP32 6RF
(Parents/carers using the Bury pick-up can park at the Community Centre and walk through the footpath to the layby.)
• Performers do not need a ticket booked. Their seat for the journey to the theatre will be automatically allocated.
• Performers will travel together on the coaches going to the theatre so staff can supervise them easily. Because of this, parents/carers may not be on the same coach as their child for the journey to the theatre, and priority seating will be given to our younger performers to ensure they remain together with their groups.
• For the return journey, your child will be seated with you. Please note that the coach used for the return journey may not be the same coach as the journey to the theatre, so only bring items you are happy to carry with you during the day, as belongings left on a coach may not be accessible later.
