Musings of a Midlife Crisis: A Body Feeling Out Loud is an intimate solo performance exploring the emotional, physical, and spiritual journey of coming home to oneself.
Through movement, embodied storytelling, and raw presence, Genean L’Artiste invites audiences to reconnect with the parts of ourselves we may have lost, silenced, or simply outgrown—at any stage of life.
This deeply personal journey of unraveling, reckoning, and integration centers the body as a site of memory, healing, and truth-telling. Set in an intentionally intimate space with limited seating, this experience is designed to be felt up close—quiet, immersive, and honest.
