ABOUT THE DAY
We are running a free workshop for children age 8-18 on the 3rd of August from 10:00 until 16:00.
This fun filled day will be packed with singing, dancing, acting, and confidence boosting activities. This is a great opportunity for your children to make new friends, see if they enjoy theatre, and see if they want to join us for our performance of Matilda JR. in September.
LOGISTICS
The day will begin at 10:00 and go on until 16:00. We will be having a lunch break in the early afternoon that will require a packed lunch for the children. There is a Google forms linked at the bottom of this description that you must fill in prior to the 3rd of August (including contact information, allergies, health conditions, etc.)
It is preferred that parents do not stay during the day to fully allow the children to make friends and interact with each other, however parents can stay if required to (e.g for health reasons). This day if free of charge, however you must book a space in advance as spaces are limited.
ABOUT SPOTLIGHT
We are an inclusive, volunteer lead theatre school set up in January 2024. We put on a performance every school term, our previous performances being Annie JR. and Into The Woods JR., and our next performance being Matilda JR.
