Children’s Adventure Yoga

Adventure Yoga will take your child on a fun yoga adventure through their favourite stories. Yoga builds strength and flexibility and promotes mindfulness all whilst having fun. 

Once booked you will receive a email with the Google Meets for you to access on the day.
