Alyx Steele is a dynamic choreographer and founder/creative director of Smash Global. With over a decade of experience shaping bold, high-impact performances for global stages. Originally from Liverpool, Alyx built her career in London and is now based in Los Angeles, working internationally across music, television, and live events.
She has collaborated with an impressive roster of artists including Rihanna, Pink, Jessie J, Charlie XCX, David Guetta, Sugababes, Tinie Tempah, and Coldplay, and has choreographed for major productions such as the MTV European Music Awards and the Brit Awards. Her screen work includes Disney's Cruella and Everybody's Talking About Jamie. Known for her ability to create choreography that is visually striking and emotionally resonant, she brings a distinctive creative vision to every project.
In addition to her creative work, Alyx is a passionate mentor and educator, delivering empowering talks and workshops to young people across the country.
She also leads online mentorship programs designed for the next generation of dancers and creative entrepreneurs, offering real-world guidance on how to build sustainable and fulfilling careers in the entertainment industry.
