'Roar' (2022)

Jowett School of Dance's biggest and best performance of the year returns! 'Roar' will include routines of ballet, freestyle, tap and more, alongside singing and dancing from the school's Performing Arts class.

There will be 3 performances, with 2 performances on April 9th and 1 performance on April 10th. This year's Part 1 theme will be a story inspired by 'The Lion King' which will be told through dance and acting scenes intertwined.

Part 2 will be a range of dance routines the school has worked on throughout the year, and some themes adapted from Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist!

''Roar' is set to music from popular contemporary, to musicals, to classical pieces that everyone is sure to enjoy... Come and hear us roar!
