I have lost my tickets, how can I get another copy?
You can login and re-download your tickets at anytime from your My Orders section, alternatively please contact us via chat, email or call and we can re-send them to you.
I don't have a printer, can I just show my phone?
We advise that you try to make alternative routes to obtaining a printed copy of your ticket. Entry without a physical ticket is discretion of the event organiser, please contact you event organiser in advance to check.
