At sixty, Di Carrington entered the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge 2017; the toughest row in the world. She skippered a team of three ladies, who completed the challenge, breaking and setting four Guinness Book world records. Di became the oldest lady in the world to row any ocean.
