The Event Organiser may/will have their own terms and conditions which apply to your contract with them.
www.stagestubs.com is a site operated by Raviga Group Limited (We, Us, Our). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11204877 and have our registered office at Tech Hall, Main Road, Exeter, Devon EX6 8AP.
Although you can buy, download and print tickets for events on this site, we are not the operator, organiser, promoter or owner of the event or venue (Event Partner). We are an agent for the provision and payment of tickets through the site, for which we charge you a flat non-refundable booking fee as notified on the site (This booking fee may also be referred to on our site as, amongst others, “handling charge”, “card processing fee”, “Stage Stub fee”). We cannot and do not make any representation about any event promoted on the site and are in no way responsible for any acts or inaction of the Event Partner. Any queries or complaints you have about the event will need to be sent to the Event Partner. All tickets prices are set and controlled by them and are independent of the booking fee charged by us to you. Any ticket you purchase on the site remains the property of the Event Partner.
Returns of tickets by you are not accepted. You may, however, be entitled to a refund for the face value of the ticket if:
Any such refund though is solely the responsibility of the Event Partner which you should contact directly for such refund.
