AcroPAD Workshops are the highest level of training on offer and we are offering two sessions at our studio in Market Deeping. This is a one off workshop and we are very lucky to have them coming to us.
AcroPAD will be bring their top instructors for two, two hour sessions on their air tracks tailored for our students needs and abilities. These sessions will be very limited in space.
Saturday 25th May
2pm-4pm Students must be able to do a bridge and recover, one hand cartwheel, kick over from bridge to standing and a handstand to bridge recover. If you are unsure please contact me to discus which class you should book in.
4-6pm Students must have a clean flying and pop cartwheel, walkovers forwards and backwards, be able or close to either a side aerial or back hand spring. If you are unsure please contact me to discus which class you should book in.
This workshop is open to any student in the area, however please contact your teacher and gain their permission before booking.
