Have you always dreamed of learning ballet? Join this 5 week course, where you'll learn the basics of a ballet class.
This course is suitable for absolute beginners as well as anyone wanting a refresher on the basics of ballet dance. You will follow a traditional ballet class which comprises of Barre (great for toning legs) Adage (for core strength) Allegro (cardio) These classes will also help improve mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels.

⚫ WHAT TO BRING
Footwear - no need to own ballet shoes to take part, dancing in socks is absolutely fine
Comfortable clothing - wear what you feel most comfortable to move in
Water bottle - It's important to stay hydrated during your class so make sure you bring your own water bottle
