What is Barre Fit?

Barre Fit is a fun exercise class for adults concentrating on both fitness levels and core strength exercises. It is a low impact exercise class using Ballet, Yoga and Pilates movements. 

Do I need dance experience to attend?

There is no dance experience needed to attend this class. 

Do I need my own equipment?

Our studio has Ballet Barres. We encourage you to bring a yoga style mat to class of your own due to COVID. These can be bought from our online uniform store.

How old do I have to be?

Our Barre Fit classes are for those aged 16+

What do I wear?

There are no tutu's required to join this class. Comfortable clothing is needed we advised anyone attending to wear extra baggy clothing so that we can see the body line in order to correct technique.

How much does it cost?

Classes are £6 per week and all bookable online.

Terms and Conditions

All participants are required to complete our COVID-19 Policy and Code of Conduct Enrolment Form.

Tickets and non transferable.

Tickets are non refundable.

On the occasion the class is cancelled by EDA an alternative date will be offered or a refund will be given.

Bookings will close at 11pm the night before class.
