Tanya & Rosie
Tanya is the glamorous, thrice-divorced friend who has done well for herself and never lost her sense of style. Rosie is the funny, warm, single friend who is comfortable in her own skin. Together with Donna, they formed Donna and the Dynamos, and their friendship is the bedrock of the show.
Personality for Dance
Tanya moves with practised elegance. She crosses her legs at the ankle, adjusts her sunglasses with a manicured hand, and commands attention through sheer glamour. She is Chiquitita, the comforting friend who arrives looking fabulous. Rosie moves with no pretence whatsoever. She is grounded, funny, and physical. She throws herself into situations without worrying about looking silly. Does Your Mother Know is her showcase, throwing herself at a younger man with joyful abandon.
