These terms and conditions apply to users in Australia. The use of this ticketing site and the purchase of tickets is governed by the polices, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully.

By using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined above and below and also the provisions of our privacy policy and cookie policy. If you do not agree with our policies, terms and conditions you can choose not to use the site. Please note, the event organiser has their own terms and conditions which apply to your contract with them.

Who we are and how to contact us

www.stagestubs.com is a site operated by Raviga Group Limited (We, Us, Our) and these terms and conditions are between you and us. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 11204877 and have our registered office at International House, 64 Nile Street, London N1 7SR.

Although you can buy, download and print tickets for events on this site, we are not the operator, organiser, promoter or owner of the event or venue (Event Partner).

Tickets and Pricing

We are an agent for the provision and payment of tickets through the site, for which we charge you a flat non-refundable booking fee as notified on the site (This booking fee may also be referred to on our site as, amongst other things, a “handling charge”, “card processing fee” or a “Stage Stub fee”).

We cannot and do not make any representation about any event promoted on the site and we are in no way responsible for any action or omission of the Event Partner. Any queries or complaints you have about the event must be sent to the Event Partner. All tickets prices are set and controlled by the Event Partner and are independent of the booking fee charged by us. Any ticket you purchase on the site remains the property of the Event Partner.

Returns of tickets by you are not accepted. You may, however, be entitled to a refund for the face value of the ticket if:

Privacy Policy

Any information that you input into our site is controlled by the Event Partner who will process this information in accordance with their own privacy policy. You should read the Event Partner's privacy policy as it contains important information about what they do with your personal information and what your rights are.

Alteration of Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions with or without further notice to you and without giving you any explanation or justification for such change and any change will be posted on this site. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with our current terms and conditions.

We may suspend or withdraw our site.

Our site is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.

We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and/or operational reasons. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice of any such suspension or withdrawal.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by Australian and international copyright laws and treaties around the world if applicable. All such rights are reserved. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where it is lawful to do so, we exclude and limit our liability to you to the extent permitted by law. As far as is lawful, we will not be liable to you for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our site, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental and punitive and consequential damages. Please note that we only provide our site for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our site for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

Relevant Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and Australian law where appropriate. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severable from the balance hereof and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
